Victor S. Ruiz, also known as “Tito,” is a dedicated Puerto Rican Actor and Filmmaker with a strong foundation in both technical and creative aspects of film production. Tito earned his M.F.A. in Film Production from Full Sail University, where he also completed his B.S. in Film Production. His expertise spans various roles, including gaffer, editor, assistant director, and camera operator, showcasing his versatility and commitment to the craft.
Tito portrayed the character Viper in the feature film Down for the Count, which won the Best TV Pilot award at the International Horror Hotel Film Festival. He also served as the Gaffer for the film Murdercycle and played a lead role in the short film Out of Shape, as well as appearing as a background actor in Murdercycle.
Throughout his career, Tito has collaborated with entities such as Rite Media and Ultra Music, contributing to the production of music videos for Great Good Fine Ok (GGFO) in Atlanta, GA. His hands-on experience in lighting, camera work, and post-production has been further demonstrated in his roles on various projects, from short films to live events.
Known for his positivity and passion for the challenges of film production, Tito continues to pursue his career as an Actor and Filmmaker, always striving to push the boundaries of his craft.
